SHIPPING POLICY
Nog 'n Dag In Potch has a R99,00 shipping fee country wide (excluding Potchefstroom). We make use of PostNet to PostNet services and therefore the customer will be able to collect their parcel from their nearest PostNet.
A delivery fee of R20,00 will be added to customers in Potchefstroom as our team will deliver the parcel personally to your door.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The products we provide does not have a warranty period and any products that are damaged as part of the delivery process will not be the responsiblity of Nog 'n Dag In Potch.
If a product needs to be returned it must be in its original state and undamaged. Please contact us at nogndaginpotch@gmail.com with any enquires in relation to the return policy .
